Use Bao only where you are permitted to do so. You are responsible for your account, wallet security, submitted content and transaction approvals. You must have the right to upload token images and publicly identify the nominated WeChat username. You must not impersonate a recipient, submit false evidence, expose private payment details, or use Bao for unlawful activity.
2. Coin creation and irreversible transactions
Launching creates a token on Solana mainnet through Pump.fun. You review and sign each transaction using your wallet and pay its costs. Final fee-sharing configuration revokes further changes by the launcher. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible; a failed or uncertain request must be reconciled before retrying. Bao does not promise a coin will attract trading or earn fees.
3. Allocations and payout processing
Participating coins allocate 80% of collected creator fees to the nominated recipient and 20% to the buyback/burn reserve, subject to deterministic base-unit rounding. Nomination alone creates no verified payment entitlement. Payout requires verified ownership, usable details, settled and funded CNY, no active hold, and at least ¥1,000 eligible balance. The full eligible amount is reserved; new earnings do not change an in-progress payment.
4. Payout processing and risks
Bao’s operator reviews and executes WeChat transfers, purchases and burns. These steps require operator action before they can be completed. Public payment states reflect the evidence described in the documentation. Cryptoassets can lose value and fees, liquidity, RPC availability or protocol behavior can change. Bao does not promise a return, token price, fixed fee rate, or payout processing time.
5. Corrections, holds and updates
Bao may hold verification or a payout while resolving inaccurate information, conflicting claims, uncertain transfers or unavailable services. A hold does not silently change the allocation. Corrections use linked records, and public terms updates should be dated. Contact private support for disputes, corrections or an opt-out request.
