Bao processes your Privy user identifier, linked Solana wallet addresses, launch inputs and public chain transactions. Recipient verification may include a WeChat ID, contact context, verification challenge, payment instructions, and receipts you voluntarily submit. WeChat usernames nominated at launch are public. Claim-only identifiers, payment images and verification evidence remain private unless publication is separately authorized.
2. Purpose and public information
We use these records to authenticate accounts, launch coins, verify recipients, attribute fees, process payouts, detect duplicate actions and maintain audit history. Coin metadata and finalized blockchain transactions are public and may remain available independently of Bao. The actual WeChat username submitted for a public nomination appears on coin pages, recipient pages, search results and payout records. Submit only usernames you have permission to identify publicly. Publication does not establish identity, participation or endorsement. Existing nominated usernames are published only after authorization. Payment instructions and private verification records are not published.
3. Storage and service providers
Authentication is provided by Privy. Chain requests use the configured Solana RPC service. Public token media and encrypted private evidence use separate storage buckets. Payment details are encrypted at rest, private files require server authorization, and administrative access is audited. Fonts are hosted with Bao. We do not sell recipient payment details.
4. Device storage
Bao saves your language preference and non-sensitive coin draft fields in your browser. A WeChat ID is excluded from local draft storage. Privy may use session storage and cookies necessary for authentication. You can clear the local draft or sign out through your browser and Bao account controls.
5. Retention, access and corrections
Financial records and audit history are retained to reconcile obligations and investigate mistakes. Private evidence should be retained only while required for verification, reconciliation and applicable obligations, according to the operator’s deployment retention policy. Request access, correction, restricted visibility or deletion through private support. Blockchain records cannot be erased by Bao; necessary accounting records may need to be retained.
